Singing, songwriting, & playing many musical instruments goes back a long way for this minister of music. His music has laid the foundation for his previous recordings with his sister, Kristi Smith-Rollins since 1988. Then, in 1999, the popular duo added another talent to their group, Amy Acord-Smith thus creating the trio name "Anointed Praise".Anointed Praise recorded their debut project in 2005 at Huff Studios in Forest, MS with the talents of David Huff (Formerly of the well-known group David & the Giants), his son, Lance Huff, and his brothers Rayborne & Claiborne Huff. Later in 2006, David endeavored to produce his own studio recordings with the help of his wife, Amy. Providing the CD cover designs and back-up vocals, Amy's contribution to David's audio mastering abilities became the "total package" for anyone wanting to record their very own CD even on a tight budget.As if being musically talented wasn't enough, David's versitilitiy is not limited to a musician but this church's Assistant Pastor and a respected educator for our local parish's school system. This fresh and distinctly upbeat praise & worship team from Winnsboro, LA debut their soulful sound in this 2005 release.
